Larry R. Dysert, CCP CEP DRMP FAACE​
Managing Partner

Larry is the Managing Partner of Conquest Consulting Group (CCG). Larry has been actively involved in many of CCG's consulting areas, including providing cold-eyes estimate reviews, estimate preparation, cost engineering organizational development, project controls, risk management, training, and claims/dispute resolution support.

Larry has over forty years of project estimating, management, consulting, and training experience in the chemical, petroleum, oil sands, high technology, utility generation, manufacturing, and construction industries. Larry was a Lead Estimator with Intel Corporation, a Senior Project Estimator with Eastman Kodak Company, and a Senior Estimator with Fluor Corporation prior to forming Conquest Consulting Group. Larry has been responsible for the preparation of conceptual and detailed estimates for capital projects, domestic and international ranging to over $25 Billion in size. Larry has specialized in estimates of large project size, strategic importance, utilizing new technologies, and those involving the use of parametric estimating methodologies. Larry has also been responsible for the development and direction of various estimating software applications. Larry often provides training in estimating, cost engineering, and risk analysis.

Larry is a frequent presenter and author on estimating and cost engineering topics. Larry is a Certified Cost Professional, Certified Estimating Professional, and Decision and Risk Management Professional. Larry is also an Award of Merit recipient, Honorary Lifetime Member, and Fellow of AACE International. Larry is a Past Vice-President and Past Chair of the Technical Board for AACE International.

Bruce G. Elliott, CCP FAACE
Executive Partner

Bruce is an Executive Partner of Conquest Consulting Group. Bruce has extensive expertise in estimating and project controls management, and is involved in many of CCG's organizational development activities, in addition to estimate preparation, and review and validation studies. Bruce has mentored cost engineering leaders throughout the world.

Bruce has over forty-five years of project estimating, management, and consulting experience in the chemical, petroleum, oil sands, manufacturing and construction industries. Bruce was the Estimating Manager for the Worldwide Capital Estimating Department at the Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, NY prior to forming Conquest Consulting Group. Bruce also has extensive estimating and project controls management experience with many of the largest EPC firms in the world. Bruce has been responsible for the preparation of capital project cost estimates both in the US and internationally; and involved in many cost engineering oranizational improvement assignments.

Bruce is a Certified Cost Professional and Fellow of AACE International. Bruce is the recipient of the AACE International Award of Merit and the Charles V. Keane Distinguished Service Award. Bruce is a frequent presenter at AACE Annual Meetings, and authored several papers on cost estimating topics.

Todd W. Pickett, CCP CEP, FAACE
Executive ​​Partner

Todd is an Executive Partner of Conquest Consulting Group. In addition to estimate reviews and preparation, Todd is instrumental in many of CCG's software development and implementation assignments; and involved in many of CCG's cost estimate risk analysis studies and claims/dispute resolution support.

Todd has over forty years of experience in both domestic and international capital projects and construction, for a wide range of industrial applications including photochemical, film sensitizing, web processing and converting, paper manufacturing, refinery, oil sands, utility generation, and clean room production facilities. Todd was a Senior Project Estimator with Eastman Kodak Company prior to forming Conquest Consulting Group. Besides responsibility for the preparation of conceptual and detailed capital project estimates, Todd has been responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of various estimating software applications and cost databases. Todd began his career as an electrical and instrumentation mechanic.

Todd is a frequent presenter at AACE Annual Meetings, and has authored many papers on cost engineering topics. Todd is a Certified Cost Professional, Certified Estimating Professional and Fellow of AACE International. Todd is a Past Chair of the AACE International Technical Board.
